Thrift

In Thrift you play as "John Thrift" a legendary thief that has gotten back to the job. This Level outlines maybe the third mission in this imaginary game, where the Player is tasked with robbing a Bank's vault to retrieve an incriminating deed. Automated security systems and guards are only one of the challenges the Player must face.

This was created across a 4 week project with my buddy Calle Wahlstedt Nilsson at Playgroundsquad! It mainly focuses on stealth mechanics, intuitive UI and HUD design, interactive AI systems and a free flowing level á la Thief, with a heavy focus on exploration, Player choice and freedom.

Using Unreal Engine 5 and assets were made in Blender or downloaded from The Base mesh
